If you recently purchased a newer Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Select (1st Gen, 2025), Fire TV Stick HD (2nd Gen, 2026), or the new Fire TV Stick 4K (3rd Gen, 2026), you may notice that the app does not appear in the App Store, or it will not allow you to download and install it.
This is because Amazon's newest Fire TV devices operate on a brand-new operating system called VegaOS. Currently, the app is not compatible with VegaOS. Our development team is aware of Amazon's platform change and is evaluating the addition of this new operating system in the future.
In the meantime, your subscription remains fully active. You can continue to stream content by logging into your account on any of our other supported devices.
