Steps to Resolve:
Remove the App from Roku
On your Roku remote, highlight the Monumental+ app.
Press the * (Star) button.
Select Remove Channel and confirm.
Restart Your Roku Device
Go to Settings > System > System Restart.
Wait for the device to reboot completely.
Reinstall the Monumental+ App
From the Roku Home Screen, select Search.
Type Monumental Sports Network or Monumental+.
Download and install the app again.
Sign Back In
Open the app and log in with your TV provider credentials (if you’re a TV Everywhere user) or your Monumental+ account credentials (if you purchased directly).
Verify access to your subscribed content.
