Steps to Resolve:

  1. Remove the App from Roku

    • On your Roku remote, highlight the Monumental+ app.

    • Press the * (Star) button.

    • Select Remove Channel and confirm.

  2. Restart Your Roku Device

    • Go to Settings > System > System Restart.

    • Wait for the device to reboot completely.

  3. Reinstall the Monumental+ App

    • From the Roku Home Screen, select Search.

    • Type Monumental Sports Network or Monumental+.

    • Download and install the app again.

  4. Sign Back In

    • Open the app and log in with your TV provider credentials (if you’re a TV Everywhere user) or your Monumental+ account credentials (if you purchased directly).

    • Verify access to your subscribed content.
