What do I do if I experience Monumental+ technical issues?

  • Update Monumental+ and your device software. 
  • Restart your device. 
  • If problems continue, uninstall and reinstall Monumental+. 

Streaming Issues (Buffering or Poor Quality): 

  • Internet speed of 10–15 Mbps is recommended for HD. 
  • Restart modem and router. 
  • Use a wired Ethernet connection when possible. 
  • Lower video quality in app settings. 

Audio Issues: 

  • Check all volume controls (device, app, and external devices). 
  • Test another app to confirm if the issue is specific to Monumental+. 

Web Browser Streaming: 

  • Clear cache and cookies. 
  • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data. 
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All. 

Casting Issues: 

  • Restart casting device and ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network.
