How do I troubleshoot a specific device on Monumental+?

  • Web Browsers: Clear cache and cookies. 
  • Fire TV: Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Monumental+ > Force Stop and Clear Cache. 
  • Apple TV: Double-press TV/Home button to force quit, then go to Settings > System > Restart. 
  • Roku: Remove Monumental+, restart Roku, then re-add the app. 
  • iOS/Android: Update Monumental+, force-quit, restart device, and reinstall if needed. 

If these steps don’t work, e-mail support at getsupport@monumentalsports.com with your device details.
