How do I restore a Monumental+ subscription?

If your subscription is not being recognized: 

  1. Go to Log in on web or app. 
  2. Go to Account Settings > Subscription. 
  3. Scroll to the bottom and select Restore Purchase. 

If issues persist, e-mail support at getsupport@monumentalsports.com with: 

  • Last 4 digits of the card used (web). 
  • Google Play GPA transaction number. 
  • Apple login email (including @privaterelay.appleid.com if using “Hide My Email”). 
  • Amazon or Roku account email or screenshot of active subscription. 
  • A receipt or bank confirmation email, if available.
