If your subscription is not being recognized:
- Go to Log in on web or app.
- Go to Account Settings > Subscription.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Restore Purchase.
If issues persist, e-mail support at getsupport@monumentalsports.com with:
- Last 4 digits of the card used (web).
- Google Play GPA transaction number.
- Apple login email (including @privaterelay.appleid.com if using “Hide My Email”).
- Amazon or Roku account email or screenshot of active subscription.
- A receipt or bank confirmation email, if available.
