Why am I experiencing Monumental+ audio issues?

If you see video but no audio or audio is out of sync: 

  • Check device volume and video player mute. 
  • Confirm external audio devices are connected and set to the right input. 
  • Test another app (e.g., YouTube) to confirm device audio works. 
  • Restart Monumental+ and your device. 

If audio problems continue, e-mail support at getsupport@monumentalsports.com with your device details.
