What information should I provide to Monumental+ Support for troubleshooting help?

When e-mailing support at getsupport@monumentalsports.com, include: 

  • The e-mail address linked to your Monumental+ account 
  • Device make, model, and OS version 
  • Monumental+ app version (Account > App Settings) 
  • Screenshot or short video of the issue 

Where to find device information: 

  • iOS: Settings > General > About 
  • Android: Settings > About phone/device 
  • Roku: Settings > System > About 
  • Fire TV: Settings > My Fire TV > About 
  • Apple TV: Settings > General > About
