- Go to Log in.
- Go to Account > Location > Change Home Location.
- Select your correct home location and tap Confirm.
- Ensure location services are enabled on all devices.
Important:
- You can change your home location up to two times per year.
- Make sure your device’s OS settings allow Monumental+ to access location.
For TV devices:
- Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications.
- Select Monumental+ and enable Location Access.
- Then go to Settings > Preferences > Location Settings and confirm your address.
If you still cannot update your location, e-mail support at getsupport@monumentalsports.com with your account details and device model.
