How do I set or update my Monumental+ location?

  1. Go to Log in. 
  2. Go to Account > Location > Change Home Location. 
  3. Select your correct home location and tap Confirm. 
  4. Ensure location services are enabled on all devices. 

Important: 

  • You can change your home location up to two times per year. 
  • Make sure your device’s OS settings allow Monumental+ to access location. 

For TV devices: 

  • Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications. 
  • Select Monumental+ and enable Location Access. 
  • Then go to Settings > Preferences > Location Settings and confirm your address. 

If you still cannot update your location, e-mail support at getsupport@monumentalsports.com with your account details and device model.
