- Close and relaunch the Monumental+ app.
- Go to Log in.
- Go to Account > Location > Change Home Location.
- Ensure GPS and location services are enabled on your device.
- Turn off any VPNs or proxy services.
- If using Starlink, set up Home-Based Authentication (HBA) on a GPS-enabled mobile device connected to your Starlink Wi-Fi.
If the issue continues, e-mail support at getsupport@monumentalsports.com with your account details and device information.
