I am getting an “Outside of Viewing Area” error on Monumental+. What should I do?

  1. Close and relaunch the Monumental+ app. 
  2. Go to Log in. 
  3. Go to Account > Location > Change Home Location. 
  4. Ensure GPS and location services are enabled on your device. 
  5. Turn off any VPNs or proxy services. 
  1. If using Starlink, set up Home-Based Authentication (HBA) on a GPS-enabled mobile device connected to your Starlink Wi-Fi. 

If the issue continues, e-mail support at getsupport@monumentalsports.com with your account details and device information.
